Artwork Requirements
Follow these guidelines to help your artwork print clearly and avoid delays during proofing.

Accepted File Types
PNG, PDF, JPG, JPEG, SVG, AI and EPS files are accepted. PNG or vector PDF files are usually best.

Image Quality
Upload the largest, clearest version available. Artwork should ideally be 300 DPI at the final printed size.

Transparent Backgrounds
Custom-shaped artwork should have a transparent background. Any visible background may be included in the print.

Colours
Screen colours can differ slightly from printed colours. Bright RGB colours may print less vividly than they appear on screen.

Text & Fonts
Keep text large enough to read and avoid very thin lettering. Vector files should have fonts converted to outlines.

Cutlines & Borders
You do not need to add a cutline unless requested. A digital proof showing the proposed cutline will be sent for approval.
Common Artwork Mistakes
Avoiding these common issues helps us produce the best possible result and prevents unnecessary delays during the proofing process.
Image Quality
Blurry or Low-Quality Images
Small, compressed or pixelated artwork may look acceptable on screen but can appear soft or jagged when printed.
Uploading Screenshots
Screenshots are often lower quality and may include unwanted backgrounds, borders, interface elements or colour changes.
Artwork Setup
Unwanted Backgrounds
White, coloured or patterned backgrounds will usually be printed unless they have been properly removed from the artwork.
Uploading a Mockup
Please upload the original design rather than a photo or mockup showing the artwork on packaging, clothing or another product.
Size & Spacing
Text That Is Too Small
Very small lettering can lose clarity when printed, particularly with thin fonts, fine details or reduced sticker sizes.
Artwork Cropped Too Tightly
Leave enough space around important details so the border and cutline do not sit uncomfortably close to the design.
Your artwork is printed as supplied, so please check spelling, colours, layout and unwanted elements carefully before uploading.
