Terms of Service

Welcome to DeadGood Stickers (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on our website, deadgoodstickers.co.uk, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Custom Products

Most of our products are custom-made using your own artwork, design or selected options.

Because of this, orders cannot usually be cancelled, changed or returned once artwork has been approved, unless there is a fault or an error on our part.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any artwork, logos, images or designs uploaded to our website or sent to us by email. We are not liable for copyright, trademark or intellectual property issues relating to customer-supplied artwork.

2. Ordering Process

Our usual ordering process is:

  • You place your order on our website
  • We email you a digital proof of your design
  • You approve the proof by email, or request any changes
  • Once approved, your order moves into production

We will make reasonable attempts to contact you for proof approval. If we do not receive a response after two contact attempts, we may contact you again or proceed using the artwork and information provided at checkout to avoid excessive delays.

⚠️ No printing or production starts until proof approval is received, unless the above condition applies.

3. Proof Approval & Customer Responsibility

Please review your digital proof carefully before approving it.

You should check:

  • Size
  • Shape
  • Material
  • Colours
  • Spelling
  • Layout
  • Cut line
  • Quantity
  • Any other important details

Once you approve the proof, the order cannot usually be cancelled or changed.

We are not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof.

4. Production & Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days after proof approval.

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays
  • Orders or approvals after 2pm may be processed the next working day
  • We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays

Production or shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times, but we’ll always help where we can.

5. Shipping

Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • Standard Shipping: estimated 2–4 working days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping: estimated 1–3 working days after dispatch

6. Payments

All payments are taken securely via our website using trusted third-party payment processors.

Your full payment card details are never stored by us.

Orders must be paid in full before proofing, production or dispatch begins.

7. Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before artwork approval.

Once artwork has been approved or production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for non-defective items, change of mind, customer artwork issues, or incorrect options selected at checkout.

However, if there is a manufacturing defect, printing error, or mistake on our part, we will offer a suitable resolution, such as:

  • Reprinting the affected item(s), or
  • Refunding the affected item(s), where appropriate

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Artwork & Print Quality

Customers are responsible for supplying suitable artwork for print.

Colours may vary slightly between screen and print due to monitor, device and printer differences. We do our best to produce high-quality prints, but small colour variations are considered normal in printing.

If artwork is low resolution, blurry, pixelated or unsuitable for print, we may contact you before production.

10. Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost items caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

11. Intellectual Property

All DeadGood Stickers branding, website content, product photography, graphics, templates and original content are owned by us and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

Customer-supplied artwork remains the property of the customer or original rights holder.

By uploading or sending artwork to us, you give us permission to use it for the purpose of producing your order.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

Our total liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law says liability cannot be limited or excluded.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
