We’re here to help. If you have a question about your order, artwork, shipping or anything else, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Email is the best way to contact us, especially for order issues, artwork questions, proof approvals or anything that needs checking properly.

We aim to respond within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

Please include, where applicable:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • A brief description of your question or issue
  • Photos, if reporting a defect, damage or print issue

You can also message us on social media, but please note:

✅ Email support is faster and prioritised
✅ Social messages may take longer to respond to
✅ For order issues, email is always best

📞 Phone Support

We currently do not offer phone support.

This helps us keep communication accurate, trackable and efficient for custom orders, artwork checks and proof approvals.

🕘 Support Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm, UK time
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Messages can still be sent outside these hours, but replies will usually begin the next working day.

You will receive email updates when:

✅ Your digital proof is ready
✅ Your order has shipped
✅ Tracking is available, where applicable

Please keep an eye on your junk or spam folder in case any order emails land there.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.

If there is a genuine issue with your order, we’ll do our best to put it right.
