Is the Sticker Builder free to use?
DeadGood reply Yes. The Sticker Builder is completely free to use and there is no subscription or additional charge. You can prepare and download your artwork directly from your browser.
Do I need to create an account?
DeadGood reply No account is required. You can open the builder, upload your artwork, customise it and download your files without signing up or logging in.
What file types can I upload?
DeadGood reply The builder supports PNG, JPG and WEBP image files. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background usually gives the best result for custom-shaped stickers.
Can I upload more than one design?
DeadGood reply Yes. You can upload and prepare up to five designs during one session. Each design can be checked and downloaded separately before you continue with your order.
What does the custom shape option do?
DeadGood reply The custom shape option creates a cutline that follows the visible outline of your artwork. It works best with transparent artwork where the main design is clearly separated from the background.
What if my image has a solid background?
DeadGood reply Artwork with a solid or photographic background will normally work better as a square or rectangle. If you force the custom shape option, the builder may follow the outside edge of the entire image rather than an individual object inside it.
What border size should I choose?
DeadGood reply A 2–3mm border gives most designs a clean and balanced finish. Larger borders can help very detailed artwork stand out, but the best option depends on the shape, size and style of your design.
How does the artwork quality check work?
DeadGood reply The builder checks the pixel dimensions of your uploaded image against the intended finished size and displays an estimated DPI. It will warn you when the artwork may be too small or low quality for a sharp printed result.
Can I use the Sticker Builder on mobile?
DeadGood reply Yes. The builder is designed to work on desktop, tablet and mobile. A larger screen may make detailed adjustments easier, but all of the main controls are available on mobile devices.
What files can I download from the builder?
DeadGood reply You can download a full-resolution print PNG containing your prepared artwork and a separate preview image showing how the finished sticker has been set up.
Does using the builder place an order?
DeadGood reply No. The Sticker Builder prepares and downloads your artwork, but it does not automatically create or place an order. You will still need to choose your sticker material, size and quantity through the shop.
Will I still receive a digital proof?
DeadGood reply Yes. Using the builder does not replace the normal proofing process. A digital proof will still be sent after you order so you can check the final size, shape and cutline before anything goes into production.
