Returns & Refund Policy

At DeadGood Stickers, all products are custom made to order using your own designs. Because of the personalised nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to change of mind, customer artwork errors, or incorrect options selected at checkout.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is a genuine issue with your order, we’ll do our best to put it right quickly.

 

✅ We will replace or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • There is a printing or production error on our part
  • You received the wrong size, material or quantity
  • Your order is lost in transit, after investigation with the courier

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery, or expected delivery, and provide clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

 

🚫 We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Customer-provided artwork issues, such as blurry or low-resolution uploads
  • Colour variations due to screen vs print differences
  • Incorrect size, shape, material or quantity selected at checkout
  • Change of mind once artwork has been approved or production has started


📦 Replacements / Refunds

In most cases, we will reprint and resend the affected items.

If a reprint is not possible, we will issue a refund for the affected items.


⏳ Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.

Once your artwork has been approved or production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
