Shipping Policy
At DeadGood Stickers, every order is made with care and dispatched as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read the details below to understand how proofing, production and shipping works.
1. Order Processing & Proof Approval
Most of our products are custom-made.
How it works:
- You place an order
- We email you a digital proof of your design
- You approve the proof by email, or request any changes
- Once approved, we begin production and prepare your order for dispatch
✅ Important:
Processing time begins from the moment you approve your digital proof, not when the order is placed.
2. Dispatch Time
After your proof is approved, we usually dispatch within 2 working days.
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Orders or approvals after 2pm may be processed the next working day
- We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays
3. Shipping Methods - UK Only
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Free for orders over £30.00
- £2.99 for orders under £30.00
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1-3 working days after dispatch
- £2.99 for orders £30.00 and over
- £3.99 for orders under £30.00
Express shipping speeds are estimates and may vary depending on Royal Mail or courier delays.
4. Delivery Estimates
Total delivery time = proof approval/production time + shipping time.
Example:
Approve your proof on Monday → dispatched by Wednesday → delivered 1–3 or 2–4 working days after dispatch, depending on the shipping method selected.
5. Tracking Information
Some orders may include tracking depending on the shipping method, parcel size and order value.
If tracking is available, we will email you the tracking number when your order is dispatched.
6. Delays & Responsibility
Once your parcel is handed to Royal Mail or the courier, delivery is out of our direct control.
We cannot control delays caused by:
- Royal Mail or courier delays
- Bad weather or strikes
- Bank holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
However, we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
We are not liable for lost or delayed orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we’ll investigate.
