Can I use a discount code?

Do I get a proof before printing?

Always. Every custom deal order includes a free digital proof. Your order only goes into the print queue once you have checked and approved the proof.
What file types can I upload?

You can upload common artwork files such as PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, PSD, AI or EPS files. High-resolution artwork is best, but if there is an issue with your file, I’ll let you know before printing.
Can I order a different size?

Some deals are only available in specific sizes. If you need a different size, the standard custom product pages will usually be the better option.
Are deal products the same quality?

Yes. Deal products are still custom printed, checked and finished with the same DeadGood quality. The deal price simply applies to the specific offer shown on the product page.
Do I need to set up my artwork?

No, you do not need to supply perfect print-ready artwork. Upload the best version you have and I’ll check the layout, sizing and setup during the proofing stage.
Can I change the quantity?

Deal quantities are usually fixed to keep the offer simple. If you need a different quantity, check the standard product options or send me a message before ordering.
What if my artwork does not fit?

If your artwork does not fit the deal limits, I’ll let you know before anything is printed. You may need to adjust the artwork, change the order or use a standard custom product instead.
How long do deal orders take?

After your artwork proof is approved, I aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours, or 2 working days. Delivery time then depends on the shipping option selected at checkout.
